story;
Spike takes off from ponyvillage for a decade or two when he entered teenage years and wanted to learn from other dragons while he grew in size. Twilight sends regular mail through the postoffice since Spike's magic fire no longer does it for her.
Questions in his mind as what other types of dragons are there? Do one grew wings after certain time? Hoarding gems only for when sleeping and wake up hungry and many other questions.

While gone the life pretty much goes on, everypone do their work and share and Rarity have to pull her own wagon when going after gems.

Only to be caught screaming out in the gem plains of one big dragon which holds her gently down by her tail after some time instead a big hand over her back. No words are said yet while Rarity tries taking slower breaths and looks more over the dragon which suprisingly reminds her of a smaller guy.

Drew Rarity in different shape as well, based on my own unicorns ... wanted more difference on the different types of ponies and yes no marks on her flank, couldn't get it to work without looking ridicolus but kept her long hair which is well kept and shines
