Rocky Raccoon and Michan Moonlight

This one took a while ... many details and obstacles for me to go over that was my weaknesses ... aka background >.< but it really did make a difference for the whole pic.
Cloud city is hard to get good references since the city seems to evolve from each pic depending where you want to go from.
