Looks awesome! I like the details, the blinking eye (I even like the numbers in the corner) ^^
Is there a way to see this on a lighter background? (It might be my setup, but for me it looks like black on weasyl-dark-gray/blue)

  The program in itself don't add any layer when moving it over to another gif maker on the net.
