Behold!: the Storm Cell Rail Shotgun

Known for both it's devastating power and low ammo count.

The severe magnetic fields and high voltage semi liquefies the slugs fired. The 'spikes' at the end of the barrel assembly perturbate the magnetic field severely causing the unstable shots to fragment, massively increasing spread.
