This, along with the pistol, Is from a Post apocalyptic science fantasy setting my wife and I were going to make.

The big apocalypse (which I was never sure what it was) had happened several thousand years ago leaving the world mostly arid desert.

Since most of the mid tech level weapons were corroded or non functional in the 'suddenly desert' land, the setting was composed of mostly lower tech weapons like swords and bows, and a few very high tech weapons like this one.

Here we can see my biggest nemesis with making guns: the grip. I can NOT for the life of me make a contoured grip. Drives me fricken' buggy!
