Penelope pussycat turned 61 since it was her birthday on the 14th of January 2024. Her ginormous little brother who's my dad, cooked her, Pepe, Sylvester and Me a fantastic Beef Wellington that was the main course. The starters being potatoes and strawberry sauce with some pancakes of crepes. And for desert being a ginormous sticky toffee pudding with ice cream and cookie dough. That was such a fantastic amount of cheffing. What a beautiful day that was!
