Penelope Spectra (Danny Phantom)
A few years ago, there was a fad on /co/ whereby posters would randomly roll to select a character from a 10X10 grid (the last 2 digits of your post number determined the grid coordinates). The idea was that you would then draw the character selected, but too often people would just roll or re-roll for no purpose.
ANYWAY a rollthread appeared so I gave it spin for old times sake. This was the result.

Out of curiosity--would you be willing to draw another painting of Penelope but with her left hand stretched out? Basically, I dislike the fact that Penelope's left hand partially covers her midriff in this painting.
