I love apple soaps, oh man. If only this didn't have palm oil. Drat.

So sorry! Do you have an allergy?

Oh, no! I just am not a fan of the side effects of palm oil on the environment, and I can't be sure of sustainability practices, so I avoid it altogether.

I've worked hard to find a sustainable palm oil for use in all of our soaps, though I understand there's a swirl of debate even about that. We use Green Palm sustainable palm oil, which insures amongst other things that there is no orangutan habitat overlap. I've been experimenting with other oils as well, it's partially a matter of finding an alternative that I can achieve the desired results with at a business-sustainable cost. Most of our oils are also organic, hoping to go 100% organic soon as well. We're trying our best for a better, cleaner world!

That's very reassuring to hear! I'll give this Green Palm thing a looksee! I'm currently full up on soap (I buy lots of soap... I really like soap...) but I might swing back this way and nab some. Always nice to find vegan soaps without a lot of weird ingredients!
            Thanks for the reply!

No problem at all! Yeah, it's something that I'm very conscious of, trying to do my best whenever possible. My house (where the soap is made) also runs off solar, so... we're getting there! :)
