This is one of many tries of Laura to help Sofia for be more confident, on this occasion she gave to Sofia to try that dress because she thought that could help her (I have NO idea where she got that conclusion) but soon as Sofia wears the dress, clown makeup appears on her face, big white gloves, at big top knot on her head, silly shoes and a lipstick that made her lips huge, she tried to speak but the dress forces her to do a big silly smile, then she tried to take off the dress but then her belly grows huge with a smiley clown, attaching and tightening her body, She can't take off the dress and they have to go to a special doctor, walking all along from her home to the hospital on foot and worse she can't control herself to make silly jokes and make laugh to anyone who sees, that also makes her belly even more bigger. You can see why she is mad at Laura.
