I was feeling really low recently. Low enough to want to kill myself. I was driving at the moment and it was like something else got control of my body. It was only through willpower that I was able to make it home, and when I did I was lucky to have someone there to help me.

It was the first time I ever felt that low before in my life, and I never want to feel that way again.
