There's honestly not much else cooler than a waterbending steampunk otter ;p

This was a detailed color commission for AtariOtter from RMFC 2012. I wanted to try a few new things with the lighting and I've never drawn water before, and DEM HANDS I'm particularly fond of. Took much longer than my normal commissions because I've also been working much larger digitally and there was a lot of nice details I took the time to get in there. But I'm real happy with the outcome so I hope you all like it too!
