This is Penny, the Punumbra. I originally drew this lil' lady as a fakemon for a Pokemon RPG I use to run a few years ago. Penny was the mascot for the game and everyone just loved her. XD Anyway, I'm thinking about making Penny into a closed species, because I always draw her differently anyway. Mrh.
