His character Zoya in a strange combo world like Journey, Book of Eli, and Skyrim (among others)  
I don't know how it works, but it works XD

I imagine; Zoya, a girl who can see souls, found a foe that stumps both her soul vision, and the assisted vision of the goggles. This causing her to have to take shelter under a decrepit overpass waiting for any clues her unknown adversaries are within range.
