You think that's bad? Try taking Tae-Kwon-Do classes, when you're out of shape. I'd never taken Tae-Kwon-Do before, so I thought it'd be a nice thing to try. I got there early, or at leas I thought I did, and sat down to wait until the next class started. The teacher told me I could join if I wanted to, so I thought "Why not?" and figured it would only be a few minutes. Turns out, I got there shortly after the warm-up started for the class I was going to take. 45 minutes later, and we finally get to the class, which is about an hour or so long. I felt great right afterward because of the endorphins, but the next day I was so sore I couldn't even move without being in pain. Hell, my eyebrows hurt.
