Final Pokemon Gift/Trade done for my sister. I made Dewgong a little more colourful since the pure white was a little meh for me but I hope it's still close enough to the original :3

I enjoyed this one, it is fun too make stuff look wet and slippery, but i don't think i've gone overboard which is always nice.
