When a old, grumpy Dark type dislikes the new Fairy type. This thing is a threat! Turns out his eldest sons evolves into a Fairy type--- now wants him dead. So he uses and trains his youngest son, who is a Dark type like him, to take kill his own brother. The old man claims not to have the strength to do it himself but, he's just scared.
However, it seems that the Alolan Ninetales has a bit of a ego anyway...

Black Mightyena:"You lazy, good for nothing boy! Why do you think you know both Poison Fang and Iron Tail!? Get rid of that fairy!"
Brown [Shiny] Mightyena:"But dad, he's my brother---your son..."
Alolan Ninetales:"Why would they want to kill such a beautiful creature such as myself? That is a crime. I mean look at me!"
Kantonian Ninetales:"And you wonder why no one likes you, dude."
