so, i decided that Blue starts out as a sort of scout for the diamonds, searching out planets to implant and colonize. this got pretty hard to do after a while though, discovering all these beautiful planets full of life, only to watch them be turned inside out and wiped clean. so she went rogue, found herself on earth, and fell in love with it
