From a design adopt from furrypuddingthegreat I created a new character for my furry centric cyberpunk setting. His actual name (maybe???) is Roman, but his alias is The Dragon. He's a contract killer who is no stranger to personal injury. He'll go through whatever he has to to get his collar. Bullets, blades, flames, nothing is too difficult an obstacle. If you call on him to waste his time, you might also find yourself begging for mercy at the end of his plasma whip.
