What’s this I see? Ray has made another Omnic OC? Yes. Yes he has. Because he has no self control. Here’s Vasco Gama Ray, named after Vasco De Gama. And yes, he does have a mustache. And his chin plating looks very much like a beard. And there are silicon pecs. _o_/ Whoo~

He’s from Portugal, just like his name sake, but he travels the world. Doesn’t stay in one place for too long. He could install voice mods for different languages, but he prefers to learn them fromt he natives himself. He also has enhanced optics, which act like binoculars, and he can zoom in to see closer with them.
