This was the past couple days for me, including dealing with the 100 F/37 C + heat it was just:

Start up -> windows restore -> Boots up -> Back up files -> Shut down PC -X doesn't shut down after 2 hours... 3 hours... 6 hours... shut down -> start up -> windows restore...
