-Toasted buns (lightly butter the insides and toast them on a grill or pan)
-Sauteed onions
-Slice of cheddar cheese
-Slice of swiss cheese
-BBQ sauce
-Seasoned fries or tater wedges
-Brisket
-Hamburger Patty

In the thumbnail I thought the white squiggly panel transition was the bottom of a thought bubble... like he was enjoying the burger so much that it was making him fantasize about enjoying the burger he was already enjoying.
