vision is out both the tearducts and the pupils themselves. I used a pair of sunglasses lenses for this build, with some glittery bronze craft foam on the inside to create an iris. kind of an awkward technique but I really wanted to go for the dark shoe button-eyed look that a lot of birds and small animals have IRL and this was the best thing I came up with on the cheap. they work fine, it's just exactly like wearing sunglasses indoors because... well
