I like those changes sometimes that sneak up on a character. They are growing the curves and the size, the muscles or the hair, yet things are being rewritten within the mind. They feel themselves even as everything is changed and shifted, as though this body was always their own. The third person perspective allowing us to see how this form of TF/TG is twisting their personal reality. Then the little hints start to creep in, and the realization is given.
