Because Aizen's a kobold now, of course his superhero alias Justice Flame had to follow suit! His suit's even got some visual upgrades! Mostly the speedo.

Most of what happened to his former Charmeleon self as Justice Flame still applies here. To recap:

Justice Flame has no superpowers, excluding possibly whatever magic spells he's learned, and his ability to shrink down to natural size and grow to a bigger size. Even so, he prefers to rely on tools and gadgets to get the job done.

On both wrists he wears some sort of device. Despite its small size, it actually contains a lot! Mainly wire. He can fire grappling hooks from them, which is his preferred way of getting around. It also contains lockpicking tools among other things. If not for hammerspace, there's no way it'd all fit in. They also bear his symbol as seen on his chest.

His leg pouch is for storing other tools to use, as well as other important things he might need on a case. It's more spacious than it looks.

His boots have spines at the tips. Y'now, for combat. Even though he prefers to avoid fighting.

The metallic belt he wears doubles as a capture device. He just has to press the button on it to get it off him and he can clamp it around any bad guy. No worries! He has spares! He takes those along on every job. And since they shrink and grow along with his suit when using that ability, even tiny crooks can be captured!

His cape's just there to look cool and doesn't let him fly. Again, he uses his grappling hooks for that. Both the suit and the cape are fireproof. (Not seen: The same symbol is on the back of the cape as is on his chest.)

Finally, his mask. Both of his eyes are covered by a visor that lets him scan objects to collect info on them (such as weaknesses in structures among other things) as well as allow for night vision. Near his maw is a built-in voice modulator on both sides that changes his voice so he sounds less like... well, Aizen. Despite being prince of a kingdom, he hates sitting idly by and actually does something himself. However, he disguises himself completely. If news ever came out about the prince getting upstaged, it'd hurt his and his father's reputation for sure.

Oh, and there's a hidden built-in distress beacon in his mask should he need it.

I hope you like him! This kobold is just as tough as he was as a Charmeleon! :D
