Here's Kajetan through different ages of his life.

Battle orc kids usually have rough lives, as parents rarely, if ever, coddle them or spoil them. Already by a very young age, kids would practice fighting, hunting and helping adults with other work around the tribe, which results in the tribe having little to no weak kids, as they build up muscle early on.

Kajetan was born smaller (not really a runt, but he was certainly the smallest in class and was generally one of the shortest orcs in the tribe among his peers, all throughout his life) than most battle orcs do, which made him even more fixated on his goal to become a great warrior.

Orcs mature rather fast, meaning many of them tend to look roughly 20 years old when they are only 15.

Around that age, a more serious - and more physical - battle training starts. Orcs do not go easy on their warriors in training.

Some families in the Gryphia battle orc tribe are known as berserkers. They have a special ability that's handed down through generations, to pretty much literally turn off their mind and go insane when in combat, making them unstoppable once they go berserk.

A wound that doesn't hurt them enough to immobilise them goes completely unnoticed until after the battle.

Such berserkers tend to be very dangerous in their late teens, when the berserker nature first starts showing.

When a berserker-type battle orc reaches the age from roughly 18 to 21, they would grow extremely irritable, even if it seems out of character for them. They would show an extreme lack of patience and low tolerance towards pretty much anything that would annoy them or make them feel unpleasant in the least.

They tend to be dangerous at that age, as it's not unusual for them to get into a very bloody physical fight with other orcs.

Kajetan was not any different, and a particularly notable trait of his at that age was that he'd growl nearly constantly.

He joined the Gryphia military at that age, and didn't show much respect towards his superiors, mostly due to his at the time current berserker nature. He'd get the disrespect beaten out of him by his superior anytime he'd growl or disobey. His berserker nature was in general taken care of in the army, where they made sure to keep him under control.
