This is Clark Carlisle.

Clark, even though mostly working for the good of his people in some sort of a Robin Hood-like way, is an utter bastard.

He's self-absorbed and glamorous, so he doesn't easily get along with everyone.

Growing up in Highlands near a human town, Clark experienced the rough life early on, though the chaos and injustice happening around him never managed to pull him off his high horse.

He wasn't a member of one of the more influential elf families (god knows there were so few), but always carried himself as one.

He enjoys positive attention from everyone, and would often show off with everything he's good at, most notably fighting and dancing.

He is a so-called progressive highlander elf.

They are the type of elves that live in the highlands, the lands of the Skytop kingdom. They reached the level of human intelligence, but they still don’t get along well with humans and are looked down upon by them.

The different type of elves is called the lowlander elves. They are primitive and savage and often attack lone wanderers or sometimes even groups that would walk into their territory unknowingly.

On both these pictures the model I used was my character Clark, who was originally a lowlander elf, but I decided that his personality would work better with a highlander elf.
