This is Maleena. She is a psycho, and acts like a crybaby and is very nice when she's not hungry, but when she is hungry. She will pick the organ she wants to eat, and attack the person she wants it from. She also carries around a silver plated longslide pistol that she has taken to calling, Silvy. She actually thinks it's alive and talks to it.
