After BV finished stuffing himself with some sweets for his tummy and going to bed for his wife, Lammy to rub his stuffed tummy.
But then the Floating Hand came and using some type of Donut being attached with the Fishing Line.

He may be full, but his tummy do had some room that donut that was attached with some strings. BV wants it before he will go to bed
being too stuffed which is felt so relaxing to him.
