I wanted to try out the Fat Body an bit more accurate and more. Plus adding her fatty checks for her being fat.
Although that I'm not going to draw more like this for time being.

So Cotton just ate alot of Pancakes and evenly Waffles that is so fattening that not only made her
even fatter but made her Thicc.

She looks really cute, she might be willing to hug any patients who is interested with Fat Bellies.
