I was throwing safety at Steelhead Falls and my friend and his wife got surfed bad and he yelled for the bag so I threw it. This is a super sticky ledge hole on the lower White Salmon River below the site of former Condit Dam. It has a fast narrow section below this with lots of bad wood so it's a terrible place for a swim to happen.
