This was an awesome piece of artwork done by none other than coolguypart2 (fa) and i am soo greatful ^_^ this was an awesome piece of work and love it! :)

i think the small print at the bottom says something along these lines:

"All officers and Bounty Hunters are advised to take precaution before approaching. This criminal is armed and dangerous. If criminal is successfully arrested, please bring to the nearest station for further processing. Please bring proof of death otherwise."
