Gyre Bitkin uses his back-mounted propeller to soar through the skies above the Blue Summit, the center of the System's weather. Gyre is responsible for sending clouds, wind, and snow wherever they're needed. The mental strain of innately knowing how weather works doesn't leave room for much else, though, and Gyre might give the impression he's always got his head in the clouds. He does, both literally and metaphorically, but if you can catch his wandering attention, he's a friendly soft.
