Fletch is another admin-level Bitkin, on par with Blit and Væri. He's responsible for making physics work, thus the name — he makes arrows happen, in the form of vectors of force, velocity, gravity, and so on. Fletch is a fan of competition; if it'd been left up to him, the whole Bitkin world would've been one constant fighting tournament in the name of driving evolution. It's probably a good thing that didn't happen. He's good at his job, though, and making physics work is no small feat.
