You'd have to ask the commissioner, as I'm not sure! It's what they asked for. All I know is that the weapon is taken from inside the vehicle (it normally sits in that little box sticking out of the turret, above and behind their head), which is why it doesn't have a proper handle or stock.

Not to be a Debbie downer, but how exactly does he intend to shoot that thing? I see no stock, no pistol grip, and nothing at all except a trigger guard. If he were to shoot it in its current state, a 7.62x54mm weapon, he'd probably break a thumb and drop it. Just saying.
