I have a headache and yes that is literally the entire backstory to this. I kinda flubbed the sequence, I was trying to get a good feel for the rubber cat interacting with the hole and get a sense of motion and bouncyness. I probably could have dropped the second panel too, but giant rubber zits are hilarious so idk.
