So I think the artist is going for like Pearl from Steven Universe as her Diamond's pearl and Rose Quartz being bubbled possibly after a failed attempt to attack Pink Diamond. Or maybe she did a bubble because Rose Quartz became corrupted after protecting and shielding the gems from the blast of white light and dresses like that in honor of her?
