That's one of Gemini Man's ability, he is able to create clones of himself. Although we see him most often with only one copy of himself, he is able to create up to four copies of himself at once.

And this background I draw, is an attempt of drawing Gemini's stage in an other style than pixel art / 8-bit, etc...
