Saw this and had to go back to photograph it. I am not sure what the story behind this engine is, but it appears that it was at one point owned by the BNSF, sold off to HLCX, then resold again to NS. Its interesting that all of the markings look like they were hastily applied free hand, and the feeble attempt to " cross out" the name on the side
