Alright so here's Black Jacks human sketch page. I thought since he's a bird and not really a warm blooded furry mammal i'd have his features be more bird like. So his hair is more like feathers, along his arms are long wing like feathers that protrude from his upper arm down. As for his feet they're still bird like because why not? XD also when at the castle he'll usually wear his hair combed back once out in the field or alone in the halls he'll ruffle his fluffy hair back and make it wild looking.
