STRAWBERRAGONS
These reptiles are only about the size of a strawberry, which serves as their main food source, along with dewdrops, nectar, and wildflower petals. Their internal organs and blood are a strawberry-jelly-like consistency an taste, so Strawberragons are often eaten alive like actual strawberries!
Though typically shy, they will become aggressive and bite if provoked. A Strawberragon may become fiercely territorial over a single strawberry plant and defend it tooth-and-nail. Females will insert their fertilized eggs into a strawberry, where the babies will grow and feed from the inside out. When ready, the babies 'hatch' out of a strawberry.
They love to collect small baubles, such as paper clips, coins, and buttons, which they bury at the roots of their strawberry plant. These items will also be used to 'decorate' their strawberry plant, in order to attract a mate.
