Eat-O-Tron do have genders male, female and herms and they can reproduce with another Eat-O-Tron and all so with other organic species but there is a 1% chance the organic offspring will have robotic enhancement. The Female were made to help their creators to repopulate but sadly their creators could not and died off.

Eat-O-Tron females can produce milk, but they must only eat normal foods like plant bass foods and meats. they do this for the organic offspring's, or they just like to breast feed others.
