Windycon is coming up, which means it was time to make a new ad for Dellacon, which meant a new illustration of the Dellacon Dragon.

Dellacon takes place in a resort at the Wisonconsin Dells that has it's own water park. The Chair requested that I do an illustration of the dragon doing something related to the water park, so here he is in one of those innertube things.
