got these guys from CautionCorrosive on DA, tweaked their designs a teeny bit. background is a photo I took.

Shade (left) and Lumi (right) are both rejects from a lab that was trying to create a creature that could see the future. Both are blind, though Lumi can "see" through his mutated extra eyes, but they only function in ultraviolets and infrareds, not the regular spectrum of light. Shade can't see at all, and also died and was then revived again multiple times in the experimentation.

Since these are monster cats and not spacecats, I gave them clawish paws to differentiate. :P
