a really old character that I revamped. He's based on a betta fish that I had years ago of the same name. He's a bully and bisexual, though he's shy about his male-male attractions, usually ending up harassing them more than loving on them. He has a bit of a napoleonic complex, as his name might hint, because he's only a few feet tall, much shorter than the ladies and guys he tries to pursue. Other than that, he enjoys smoking and drinking, often to excess, probably to prove to anyone who's watching that he's "cool".
