Okay one more concept before moving on to new stuff xD

This is Phantom, my ghostly dragon boi that’s a close friend (maybe even more than that x3) of Juni’s. As his name indicates, he has cool ghost powers. Ghost hands, phasing through things, possession, stuff like that

He’s also a good friends with the bat twins, Red and Blu — Which him and Red often work together teasing poor Juni (much to her delight xD)
