Here is my first sketch of a bodybuilder that I did after a long time without drawing and being frank is a very bad job since I don't understand anything about human anatomy or how to draw harmoniously. I just tried to represent on paper what I saw, but I was not successful because anatomy requires complex knowledge.

This is just a classic double-bicep pose.
