This is my first great 3D modeling that I was able to do during my Computer Graphics course.
As you and anyone else can see, it's not a perfect model of residence, but it was the best I could do with the knowledge I have in 3D.
I'm still ultra-newbie in 3D modeling and I don't quite understand how production of materials and textures works. Concrete and glass, for example, I did following some criticism and tips from a teacher.
The glass is not reflecting too much light and the concrete looks styrofoam.
The measurements of the doors are very inaccurate, since I had to do everything based on the guess and imagination.
House 402 was the first appraisal job I ever had. The teacher raffled in the classroom various models of residences and each student would have to modeling their residence in Blender 2.79b.
I hope you enjoy it and feel free to favorite or comment; you are very welcome!
