But i believe he's a retired Watcher.
Someone who looks over the story of the Universe as it unfolds.
Though because it is a heavy job, they don't work long before retiring.
(This character is a BANNI. A closed adoptable species I have made. You can see him up in my banner in chibi form. I took some liberties revamping him slightly and giving him moon eyes and more depth at the colour of his hands, ears, and feet.)
