Commission for the lovely ZeddTiger <3

They asked for this piece to be a remix of the Salvador Dali painting, Christ of Saint John of the Cross.

This isn't a religious scene, but someone who looks at this and has seen the Dali should see it here too.
The symbolism is pretty deep, sort of a commentary on clinging onto whatever lifts you up and sees you through...even though it comes with its own costs.
Because it is better than the alternative when you're caught between fire and ice.
