This world in my eyes,
Drowning in fire,
Calling out lies!
So very dire...
People enthrall in ice,
They call for aid,
Scrambling like mice,
For whom they bade?
Power is eternal life,
For scrambling men.
Give it all your might,
Stand still and fight!
This was created my senior year of High School. I recently rewrote it to be non-religious, to sync with my current agnostic beliefs.
